ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The courier  will make one delivery attempt, but if you are out when the delivery is attempted you will be carded and if this is not collected from the depot or a redelivery has been arranged by yourself within 18 days your order will be returned to us. It is important that you make sure that there will be someone in to receive your parcel because if it is returned we cannot be held responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
